Currently all work takes place remotely via online video sessions.
But, as restrictions ease in accordance with government guidelines meeting face to face will resume.
However, for clients who may wish to continue their therapy online this option will continue to be available.

I provide a safe, professional and containing space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings; where you can talk and feel understood.

Therapy promotes greater self-awareness. By turning the spotlight inwards onto ourselves it seeks to explore and gain more understanding of our internal processes – what makes us tick.  In doing so it helps us become less reactive and more mindful and considered in approaching the challenges and difficulties we face in everyday life. 

If you are considering embarking on therapy you may be experiencing a crisis, feeling anxious, stressed or depressed. You may have experienced a significant loss or bereavement, or perhaps you are struggling with low self-esteem or relationship issues.

Or maybe, you are unsure or confused about how you feel, sensing that something isn’t right, and would like to talk it over with a professional - someone who can help you to make sense of what is troubling you.

I have worked with people from a variety of different cultures, ethnicities and backgrounds both in the UK and internationally and have dealt with a range of issues, not limited to those mentioned above. I fully appreciate how unique we all are as individuals. Whatever you’re feeling, please do contact me and we can begin to explore it. All communication is treated in strict confidence.
